- 12 X 9 interior room = $700/month or $200/day
- 14X18 with windows = $300/day weekends only
Full-time = control and furnish the room 7 days a week. 1-year commitment required.
Day-renters = pick one day of the week (example Mondays) and rent all of them for the month. Month-to-month contract.
I will rent to any business that seeks a quiet, professional environment to see clients, work without interruptions, maintain a high degree of confidentiality and privacy, and contribute to a congenial, friendly atmosphere in the common areas.
