You asked, we are listening...

Based on your feedback at our September Annual Member Networking event, we are adding another opportunity to network.

We will begin with a panel discussion then transition to conversations in smaller groups on the following topics.

Monetizing Your Practice, Alan Javurek,Phd. LMFT, will discuss two ways in which developing and leading groups in a private practice setting can contribute to growing and stabilizing income in a private practice.  He will address financial benefits of long-term weekly groups and the use of targeted networking and marketing to promote your whole practice.

During Alan's 30+ years of successful private practice he has led both targeted groups focusing on Addiction and Recovery; Relationships; Men’s issues; as well as process-oriented growth groups for men and women.

Marketing Your Practice, Kendall Wagner, MFT will discuss the 5 easy ways to use social media to help monetize your practice. Using current trends it is very easy to incorporate Twitter, Blogging, Facebook and YouTube into your website increasing your multi media/social media presence and make your social media presence a useful resource of information to clients. A note about confidentiality and client/therapist boundaries will be covered briefly.

Kendall has been a licensed MFT since 1994, providing counseling through the Carlsbad Counseling Center and enjoys using social media to increase her online professional presence.

Content Creation, Jeremy Larsen, says there are hundreds of different ways to market your business and practice, such as social media, content creation, speaking and training and many more.  He will be giving you an overview of some of the most effective and sound, ETHICAL ways of marketing your practice.

Jeremy is the Co-Founder, Business Development and Practice Manager for Coherence Associates Inc.  He is a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor, has a BS in Psychology, and is pursuing an MBA with an emphasis on marketing and healthcare.
