Therapist Search : overview
Therapist Search is an easy to use electronic directory of licensed
marriage and family therapists (LMFTs) who are members of California
Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. As members of CAMFT,
they agree to abide by the ethical standards of CAMFT.
Therapist Search can help you locate a licensed mental health professional meeting
your criteria, and lists only licensed mental health professionals
who have at least a masters degree, have gained 3,000 hours of post-graduate
clinical training under a licensed supervisor prior to licensing, and
have passed rigorous examinations.
